it can be mailed through the mail too, if you don't have a fax. I mean all you little bitches crying about this why? why the crying that you need to fax something, Listen to yourself, you say why can't i just sign it, scan it, and email it. Well who the fuck cares, is it that much harder to print it and fax it? What's the fucking difference. Or how much harder to hit print, sign it, and instead of scaning you put it in a fucking envelope and drop it in the mailbox.
