Very nice.
You could have no clue how much Goettel has inspired me, motivated me, and even spiritually helped me push my own sound envelope and battle drug addiction.
From tats to blood, Skinny Puppy, Dwayne are branded in my soul more than any other musician to have lived, and its truly generous of whatever force controls fate for you to have spent time with him that way.
I have met and spoken with all Skinny Puppy members except Dwayne. His studio "Subconscious Communications" is located blocks from me, and admittedly my interest in Synths and rare vintage sound making devices stems from his abuse of said machines on the various 30 + Skinny Puppy/Download Cds/vinyl I have gathered over the years.
I rarely discuss the depth of my musical background here, nor will I ever. But I will say this, Dwayne is and will forever be one of the strongest forces behind my Analog Fetish and Desire to make beauty from disgusting electric currents and filters.
Again I say, RIP Dwayne Goettel.
Keep the camera alive.
