From what I know, his program is awsome, however, I can confirm that getting a hold of him is difficult. I never was able to reach him or anyone. Others have said similar things. I just think that he isn't trying to saturate his stuff and doesn't need 100000 affiliates these days.

I also think the title of this thread is misleading and unneccessary.
