Most of the "laws" you have him breaking don't even apply in this situation.
I was in the dentist's office yesterday with about 5 hunters and they were all laughing about what a fool the guy who got shot is.

i agree with this...let yourself be known when you are hunting with drunk old men with guns...youd want to make sure he knew where you were
i guess since they were both drunk as hell they forgot
