Its a combo of 10 -12 oz of spring water,2 TBS of fresh squeezed Lemon juice, 2 TBS of the darkest maple syrup you can find (this is where you get your vitamins and minerals) and a dash of cayenne pepper.
You drink this and only this for 10 days..no need for water or anything else. I make a triple batch early each morning and that is usually enough to last me the whole day.
