I spend a lot of time over there. Not necesarrily for porn though.
Anyway, all I can say is be careful. Although it is definitely the "Vegas" of the muslim world it is still muslim run. It feels like it isn't on the surface since they are not strict at all but you want to take precautions.
So, make sure you have a proxy server. Make sure your money gets deposited in bank in a non muslim country. And don't even think about shooting porn over there.
With that said, I have never seen more Russian prostitutes anywhere else on earth. It is a wild city. Definitely.
