Make sure you have the space to do it, and not the physical space here, the mental space. Don't do it if you have monster deadlines at work happening, or a ton of other crap.

I think my girlfriend and I might try a 5 dayer...It doesn't sound too bad. Basically sounds like "get over hunger, get over initial withdrawal and you are golden"
