First a quick thought - You might consider having a join button above the fold as you do in your old tour.

As a larger concept, the way you have things laid out suggests considering multiple paths to the join page. Here is the reasoning.

It seems as though most of what you are doing is running on a WordPress engine at least here pinkgasm.com/blog .

You can structure WP to be very SEO friendly and really take advantage of all the text that you are generating.

You can have each of your posts be generated with meta, tech.no.rati , and other tags as well a meta content description automatically.

You could take the pictures that you using for your "recent updates" and the text description for each one and make an "episode summary" post.

Then as your prefer you could either keep that as a blog, or incorporate them into your mail blog, and pull the rss feed for that category into the tour. You could have the tour just display the X most recent ones.

Then if they clicked on one of the "recent updates" or pictures of the videos they would go to the permalink page for that post/episode summary.

The permalink page could have a template that is similar to the tour, but heavily emphasizes the join link. Think of this as a 2nd route to the join.

This would have the advantage of creating SEO friendly pages on an ongoing basis, without giving away too much content.

By giving the surfer a chance to find out a little more if they aren't ready to join, you might be able to reengage them.

You might also consider having the photo pages that open in a new window, use the same template and also link through to the join page.

You mentioned that you were having an issue with tables. I might also suggest just designing it so that it looks correct even in photoshop and than having someone use CSS to build your layout instead of tables.

Hopefully that makese sense, and you find it useful.

If it doesn't make sense, you have questions, or you want links to some of the appropriate resources you can ICQ 306014014.
That is some great and helpful feedback!

Hal and Tassy,

It's looking awesome! Add a few tweaks you see posted here and you're well on your way!

Good luck with this.

I think it's going to be a smashing success!
