people report shooting accidents a full 24 hours later ? they dont bring in the weapon ? when officers respond to the shooting they are told to go away and they do ? you get caught shooting without a stamp for the game your hunting and you get to mail in the fee at a later date , none of your equipment is seized no ticket and no court date ?
I can see you haven't had much experience with fish and wildlife officers
I'm not saying that there arent isolated cases where all of the above "DOES" happen , but usually they involve favourtism or other circumstances.. Either way , public figures should do things "above and beyond" what the average citizen should do..
