France = Dirtcheap (mostly free peerings, but good networks)
Germany = Dirtcheap, but sometimes strange TOS and Laws...
NL = Cheap and good.
Sweden = Hard to get, but worth it.
Austria, Switzerland = soon, most buy in Germany
UK = unsure, not the best references I've found.
Still looking into many more.
