I don't mean to sound like an asshole, but you need to step up your game quite a bit if your thinking about making a living doing design and development.
I would suggest searching Google for some free PhotoShop tutorial websites. They are all over the place. I found them to be very helpful back when I was learning how to design.
As far as development goes
www.w3schools.com has some good programming tutorials. For php I read a few books, but in the end
www.php.net was all I ever needed.
