btw, they're seen through level3 because yipes is a level3 customer. their performance is questionable (i've seen it) at least, their gear is (and without good gear, what can you do?)
edit: also btw, it looks like all of their announcements come from yipes. bgp ends with 6517 21790 (according to route-views.oregon-ix.net). i don't know what their outbound is like of course.
is yipes better than cogent for y'all? still never saw anyone sayin anything about how cogent was vs. verio.. i'm very curious.
