Yes you can.

The system works a bit different then normally though, meaning it would not handle the billers directly but instead the shop would do special postbacks to the NATS installation in order to tell it that there was a sale, or a return and so on.

I do not know myself from the top of my head who exactly uses it right now though, so its hard for me to show an example.

NATS has 2 open standards in terms of pushing in sale information on top of the standard biller sources. One of them is specifically made for shops, a system to let you push in "any price" sales optionally also with buyer information so NATS can track how much each buyer is buying over time.

The second one is a full XML SOAP interface to manage all standard transactions from any external source (initial, conversion/rebill, credit, chargeback, member cancelation). FYI, the XML SOAP interface can only credit or chargeback sales that were previously pushed in through the same interface via initial or conversion/rebill.
