Xpays has always been too litigious for my taste.
They've sent out c&d's because people said they smoked pot.
This is the true sign of the decline of a program. Can't make money on paysites? no affiliates will promote the site? Call the lawyers!
The only 100% sure fire way to make sure you never get sued by evan/xpays is to never talk to him, never do business with him, and never promote the paris tape.
