This seems to be the only conclusion so far that i can come up with..
Dont get me wrong i totally support any company that wants to enforce their copyrights.. but since its such a gray area as far as answers that seems to be the only solution.. drop all links to sites that promote paris hilton in any way.. i'm certainly not going to risk having my listings damaged by linking to a site , and i certainly dont have the manpower to manually review millions of links and theorize what xpays might/may/will consider infringement
