Just for the record.. I do work professionally, and responsabily and there is no heat coming down on me. I do not violate any copyrights, but i have allready lost serps due to dmca notices (p10) as an innocent bystander, and its not something anybody needs to have happen to them, unless they are violating a copyright.
Most webmasters will be defenseless. Which is fine if we are talking about infringers, but a site that links to the infringers domain?
Thats ridiculous. I sure hope msn, yahoo, and google are all on his dmca list, cause they are the top links to it. Someone needs to stop this nonsense before it gets out of hand.
