size means nothing - if you use our materials or those of the dvd store sites like ce, pecash, etc.., at last check all is fine. Any image used in an infringing way is a violation no matter what size. Text- for starters, claiming that you are linking to the video or to a site containing the video when that site is not authorized for example. "bait and switch".
