YES WE DO and HAVE SINCE LAUNCH. We would never have jumped on the opportunity to market The Paris Hilton Sex Video without completing due diligence and our attorney is Paul Cambria. We have excellent legal counsel.
That should be obvious considering in Microsoft vs. XPays 3 years ago we protected our webmaster database and successfully ended that whole deal.
XPays is in its 8th year- Never missed a payment, Never sent checks late, Never fucked an affiliate or gotten one sued due to any content rights issues.
