We will probably set things up in this order of priority.

Top Spots -->Paid Galleries and our Affiliate's Galleries
Next Spots -->Paid Submit Passes and our Priority Affiliate Submit Passes
Next -->Free Submit Passes (given to industry friends and people we do business with)
Last -->Partner accounts

Our affiliates never have to pay to get top spots on our sites and won't have to pay for a submit pass. It's one of the perks of doing business with us
