you cannot leave your nutrition to the vagaries of the marketplace---what tastes great might not be so good for you...decide, when you want a late night snack---will it be microwave popcorn (full of salt and saturated fat and tasting SO fucking good) or a fairly bland apple or an orange.

there are huge health benefits if you can go to a (mostly) plant-based raw foods diet. do the research if you want.

ok sermon over, only a few of you will get this.
And most of them look like Aliens with rubber skin after a long time. Almost fake looking, no thanks.
