well what you say is true, i'm not trying to prove anything, and i'm not 100% vegetarian.
but i will be 56 years old in 3 weeks, i have a flat belly and i can jog 10 miles in less than one hour nonstop, i can ride a bicycle about 25 miles nonstop, and i'll bet few here can do that, very few.
diet and exercise. i believe it is valuable to good health, and improves the quality of life, that is my only point.
