and latinasojourn - not eating the typical american high, saturated fat diet will help you lead a longer/healthier life. you absolutely cannot prove that being a vegetarian is a heathier choice than simply choosing a well balanced diet. the fact of the matter is that your body is designed to eat meat... and has been eating meat for 10's of millions of years (or a few thousand for you dumb fucking jehovas witnesses out there)
well what you say is true, i'm not trying to prove anything, and i'm not 100% vegetarian.

but i will be 56 years old in 3 weeks, i have a flat belly and i can jog 10 miles in less than one hour nonstop, i can ride a bicycle about 25 miles nonstop, and i'll bet few here can do that, very few.

diet and exercise. i believe it is valuable to good health, and improves the quality of life, that is my only point.
