If you want to know somthing professional, it is that you dont insult and poke fun at people when they are asking serious questions, it kind of reminds me of this boss I had at an auto body shop that had a hard time treating people with respect, He would constantly play jokes and belittle his staff. He went out of business because he couldn't hire good help and keep them around, treating people like crap and not taking them seriously is very unprofessional and immature.
