there is no way you can get "too much protein" from your diet... and its impossible for a vegan to get too much protein in their wildest dreams. you can't even get enough without really understanding the quantities of essential amino acids in different foods and what quantities of each you need to combine for optimum conversion to protein. vegetable proteins are the poorest choice
and latinasojourn - not eating the typical american high, saturated fat diet will help you lead a longer/healthier life. you absolutely cannot prove that being a vegetarian is a heathier choice than simply choosing a well balanced diet. the fact of the matter is that your body is designed to eat meat... and has been eating meat for 10's of millions of years (or a few thousand for you dumb fucking jehovas witnesses out there)
