Not really ... well for some, but beeing real is more important.
They get hit on buy guys who wants their ass all day... they need somebody to rely too. Lots of them have hot bfs, but other have only average looking guys that are there for them (and I don't mean financially).
You loose a lot of self esteem when you do that job (no matter how they act, in the bottom of their hearth they know)
