i have contacted every single one in advance- if they comply they are fine- complying does not mean they are forced to promote us. it means that they either use our content to promote us or not use our content and promote something else for starters. these cases we have been pursuing are not borderline cases I will add- they are crystal clear. in filing dmca, the filer cannot make a mistake because the link owner in question has recourse. We are not new at this either.
