New personal lifting record on bench today...

The milestone of 3 plates, 315 lbs for flat press - with relative ease. I'm 191 lbs. at 6'1

I just finished the third week of a powerlifting routine and I've put on 4 or 5 lbs and definitely have increased my squat n' bench.

If you guys ever want to build strength and pack on overall mass, follow this routine: Bill Starr's 5x5 Linear Powerlifting Routine (download the excel spreadsheet at the bottom)

It's basically 3 days a week, hit squat for the first exercise... then either flat, incline, or military press for the next exercise, and then rows or deadlifts for the 3rd. At the end of this routine I should be able to hit 300x5 on flat, 315x5 for squat, and 385x5 for deadlift. (7 more weeks), so we'll see how it goes ;)
