"amateur". this is the type of design you'd expect from an amateur, maybe within his first or 2nd year of designing sites. the colors used just don't go well together... hardly ANYTHING ever goes with a flat gray color (the background).. blue & gray = ew. the navigation is just amateur'ish, beleved buttons in that fashion are newb. it's just not laid out well at all... you don't have any idea what type of fucking site it is without having to examine the site for awhile.

just needs a lot more structure, better color scheme, and a lot less clutter.
