I didn't donate... don't get me wrong, he's a great guy and I wish him all the best in what is a really messed up situation.
But he's not exactly homeless. He's got a good job and he's doing well enough. These things make a person stronger.. force them to endure and be prepared for the next "just incase" scenario.
He'll be just fine with or without my $20/$50/$100... what ever.
Generally speaking (not about Ramos, but in general folks)... having people bail you out of every bad situation just makes things worse. It just teaches you that things "will work themselves out no matter what" when really, they won't.
