I weigh about 245 at 6'1 and I'd like to get down to 200 this year. Hopefully I will see some more results before summer rolls around.

Same here on the "you look skinnier" part. I lost about 30 pounds over the holidays on the "depression diet" (girl left me, etc). Started working out heavy in the middle of December. Now I've gained it all back but it's all muscle. Can't figure out why I look skinnier to people. lol. Fuck it cuz when the shirt comes off there's no question where the weight is.
