to trust or not too trust?
are you selective? I mean obviously we all want to make bank!
I have almost completely restructured after a partner splitup and complete destruction of our online stuff, sites, computers etc and it is very timely tht I look at who to trust and why.
one company in particular recently has taken 6 months to inform me that they won't be honoring their agreement with me, after they asked me to rejoin to verify who I am, send me those details 3 or 4 times, then other deatils provided many other times (at least 4 months ago).
basically they had me jump thru hoops 4 the last 6 months and then after about 10 or more emails and requests tell me sorry we have finally decided that you have violated our rules.
I disagree altho the real problem is that:
1. they could have told me that 6 months ago
2. not asked me to send the same information several times
3 could have taken less than 2 months to reply to some emails (this happened a few times)
as friend of mine says 'a problem is a chance for you to do your best'
it is not often that you get 2 find out what a company will do when their is a problem b4 you do a lot of biz with them, so I guess all in all I am fortunate.
fortunately most of the companies I have dealt with while restructuring have acted in a way that encourages me that I will be paid when we do biz and have been expedent and professional.
so again what do you look for in an affiliate or more to the point what are the warning signs for you: eg poor response time, lack of professionalism, etc.
