I've got multiple accounts with webair. Each webair account has a different bank account or credit card to be billed to. I've cancelled 2 accounts with them, those two were from all of my files just dissappearing and support not doing shit about it. This was a looong time ago.

I was just checking my bank account that was linked to one of those closed accounts, and I see two charges, one on 2/2 and one on 2/6. Now even if I had an account still, there should only be one charge, but there's two, and that account has been cancelled.

I called their billing support, after being on hold for a retarded amount of time, i get forwarded to an answering machine? How unprofessional and shitty is that. Fuck Webair.

I know there's a lot of webair followers out there, and I was too.. but keep in mind 1) i've lost EVERYTHING including SQL databases, and nothing was done about it. 2) this double billing with shitty billing support issue. You could be next.
