Time to take a lesson from history and open a new penal colony like they did centuries ago in Australia. Drop all these muslim fanatical fucktards off on their own shitty little island in the middle of absolutely nowhere (preferably somewhere tsunami-prone)...and let them have a go at each other. Set up an electronic perimeter to detect if any try to escape.

The problem would solve itself after awhile.
