Franck, the reason you got that email was the url you put as your site in the signup form when you joined was
http://www.butt-ass.com and this goes nowhere, and as any responsible sponsor will tell you we need to check that the site you are using to promote us is a proper site with proper content. The email you got said words to that effect. If you let us have your proper website we can approve the account.
