Great advice. Same with the food being 80% of it. Your body composition will change drasticly in the first couple months without going crazy with the weights.
Only extra advice I can add is not to ignore fats. Flax Oil, fish oil, etc are your friends. Aim at making each meal protein + carbs OR protein + fats.. also after you work out have a gatorade and something (whey protein if you can). You'll recover faster with an insulin spike and some protein coming in after you lift.
