i am looking for a publishers list, basically, webmasters and mailers.
I'm not looking for a list of "webmaster@blah blah"

rather a "Contact database"
they're mailers/websites owners "looking" for traffic..

for instance, you know when you go to the Adult convention and they scan you, that type of list
