six hours plus... two 18 guage needles.. on near the head.. the other at the base either side of the shaft .. the ingoing needle is connected to a bag of iv fluid and its allow to run into the penis, the other needle is connected to a syringe and the congested blood is sucked out in hopes of dislodging the clotted blood. once the blood clot is removed, the iv fluid will wash the penile tissue and deflate the penis.

its painful, very very very very painfail. even morphine doesnt stop the pain.
