Daniel haven't had rest for really long time, he took a week's vacation, we had a little lack of communication, not as fast as usual
and that guy was very angry, though we made good work for him and delayed the project for a few days only
anyway, he got his money back
it's just offensive
we made 100s of customers happy and because of that guy some ppl would think we're not that good
but hopefully because of you guys, this won't happen
