Your diet must consist of fat. It is unhealthy not to consume fat.
If you want to get lean consume 60% protein, 20% carbs, & 20% fat. Try not to consume saturated fat as much but more unsaturated fat. For carbs consume complex carbs with a low glucose index. Stay away from simple sugars.
