First of all, you get what you pay for. Let me predict what's going to happen: You're going to look around until you find someone who will do it for like $50-$100 dollars. The will accept the job and the end result might even look like a profession ad (very doubtful). Then you are going to send it off to the news paper company to have it published in the next addition. When the edition comes out you are going to open the paper with great excitement, find your ad, and discover "Hey, wtf? Why does it look like shit? It looked so good the other day?". The reason that it looks like shit is because the graphics design "genius" that you hired to do it so cheap didn't realize that print ads need to be made using 300dpi instead of the digital standard of 72dpi. Also, they didn't optimize the colors or shading for the newspaper's carbon processing...... THAT is why professionals charge more, not because we are trying to "scam a newbie". There is a lot more to print design than meets the eye
