When OCCUPATION started ....
If the cops bust in a house believing the occupants are doing illegal things, and then see they are not, the cops leave .... and sometimes say:
" oups, sorry guys, wrong house " ....
And I will pass over the fact that Blair-Bush had already dediced in January to invade ( The UN thing just allowed them to mass troops and evaluate the ennemy ).
Bush tought of disguising a U2 plane as a UN one, and get it shot down ( read the news ...)
and so on ...
