How do they become citizens of those countries? By occupying the land first. Throughout history there was never a Palestian state. NEVER. Jews have lived in that area since 2000 B.C. Far longer than any Palestinian or Muslim. Why? Because Muslim didn't come into existence until 610A.D.
The Ottoman Empire control much of the Arab world including Israel and the West Bank up until WWI. If it wasn't for the British Mandate, the West would control the Arab world. Throughout history it has always been survival of the fittest.
