The mayor stating that NO used to be a primarily black city, and that if it gets bulldozed and rebuilt, the economically challenged black people will not be able to afford to move back...that is a current issue and both blacks and whites have spoke on it many times in the news...
I see you watch the news, sit back, let the WHOLE picture sink in....then go find another better example of what you're yapping about...there are plenty of them, should not take long to find one...
