He does 0 post processing as the demand to have the pics online the day after a 4 day convention are too great. So pics go straight to the gallery script.
He doesn't have time to sit and adjust settings on his camera to every lighting situation at every event he gets to (which tends to be about 4 or 5 dinners, parties, gatherings, convention floor, etc). He tends to go between all of the places that a webmaster might be at in very little time.
Just for example.

I was going to say the same thing .. he works very fast ... I've seen him carry 2 camera's and I'm guessing that one is set for well lit area's and the other for darker but he works so fast that i can't see him adjusting for everything.
Also take into consideration that he takes many pics from others like BadDog and he only shoots on a little hand held Sony or canon .. nothing fancy .. I think the pics look great and if you ever get the chance to watch him work ... you'd be amazed at how that old goat gets around
