There are some peaceful Muslims, yes, towards eachother in their own ISLAMIC communities. The religion clearly and repeatedly states that there can never be peace in Dar al-harb until it becomes Dar al-Islam, thus becoming peaceful. Everything outside of Dar al-Islam is the enemy.
