http://launch.com I've been with them since they were ImagineRadio, then MTV bought them and they were Radio SonicNet, then Yahoo bought them and turned it into Launch. The great thing is each time they changed hands they kept user data intact and now I have a custom station that has been learning what I like since 97 or 98.
A great advantage of Launch is that you can listen to any of their pre-programmed stations or other users stations and rate songs and artists to be added to your own station.
When I want to just listen rather than rate I dive into all the stations at
http://live365.com or the ones built into Winamp.
