1. If you chop off your dick you'll reduce your chances of getting infected by HIV to about 0.0000001% so go ahead......

2. Good point, removing my left lung will reduce the chance of lung cancer by 50%.

3. O'rly? The horrific corrective surgery you're talking about is as dangerous as a haircut....
