Many of them do seem to have nothing better to do than running and jumping around in the streets yelling and screaming and jabbering like idiots. That seems to be all you see of them on the news anyway. Maybe if they all had big screen TV's and cable hookups in their homes they'd have a reason to stay the fuck home more often?
