Posted this in another thread yesterday but don't know if many people saw it...
I had something happen this week with CCBill that I've never experienced before.
I had a long period (hours and hours) with no signups - and then I saw a test signup from CCBill.
I figured that the test was a result of someone complaining about not being able to sign up...so I called CCBill support.
They told me no one had complained. They had just noticed the same thing I had - no signups for many hours on my account - so they ran a test just to make sure that everything was working properly.
Wow.
Kudos to CCBill - that's above and beyond
