You can't find the show on the air in Florida??? That's gotta be impossible. Lemme know what city you're near and I'm sure there's gotta be a 50,000 watter reaching you. If not, you can listen via the web! There are tons of radio stations that broadcast via the web and Art Bell's show is in the top. Since you're on the east coast you might try the NY radio stations that broadcast via the web. I don't have time right now to hunt for a Florida one but there's got to be one.
