Considering the answer given by Lars in the thread regarding Fusker, I think the answer is this:

Send an email to legal @ whatever there corporate domain is (finderinc.com?) with details of your claim. Legal will look at it.

What he is really saying is that unless there is caselaw or a valid DMCA complaint from the content owner, it is unlikely anything will happen.

AFF companies have made their choice how they will handle these issues, nobody should be surprised at the end result.
